During my Easter stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly staff at the hotel. They were always ready to assist and make our stay comfortable. Another highlight was the delicious and value-for-money breakfast offered by the hotel. The breakfast spread was fresh and diverse, satisfying different taste preferences. the hotel's location, being in close proximity to Wembley Stadium and the London Designer Outlet, made it convenient for us to explore these popular attractions.
This could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. the high step into the shower/bath without hand grip could be a safety concern for some guests, and it would be beneficial if the hotel addressed this issue to prevent potential accidents.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. the location is spot-on for a romantic getaway. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby to explore. the hotel had everything we needed. the room was cosy and clean with a super comfy bed and a great shower. We also appreciated the free WiFi and parking. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were friendly and accommodating, and even surprised us with a bottle of bubbly in our room!
There's not much to dislike about this hotel, but we did find the breakfast a bit overpriced for what it was. We opted to have breakfast at one of the cafes nearby instead.

The location of the hotel is ideal for those attending concerts at Wembley Stadium, as it is situated right between the train station and the stadium. the rooms are clean and well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities, and USB/plug sockets. the breakfast offers plenty of choices and is reasonably priced. the staff are friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay.
